Premium Spirits

Our Premium Vodka starts as 190-proof Grain Neutral Spirits distilled at least 5 times. We redistill the Neutral Spirits on our 26-gallon column still and then filter it through a 5-foot stainless steel column filled with fresh activated charcoal. This produces a pure and crisp spirit with a hint of sweetness imparted by the corn from which it is distilled.

We spend one day distilling, a second day filtering and a third day bottling. Each batch yields approximately 40 bottles, and they are filled two at a time. This is one of the reasons that we confidently call ourselves a microdistillery, and we are certain that you will taste the difference.

Our guests enjoy this spirit neat or on the rocks due to its purity, but it can also be enjoyed in your favorite cocktails.

Our take on the Official American Spirit embodies the terroir of the Upper Midwest. It is approachable for those beginning their foray into Bourbon and enjoyable for those that are well-versed in the flavors of this popular style of whiskey.

Our unique mash bill is distilled by the renowned 45th Parallel Distillery in New Richmond, Wisconsin. It is aged in 15-gallon barrels made by a family-owned cooperage located in Park Rapids, MN. We oversee the aging process and bottle it when it meets our standards for taste and quality.

The typical age of our Bourbon ranges from 20 to 28 months.

We release our Bourbon one barrel at a time, and it is non-chill filtered and bottled at the optimal proof.

Each barrel yields approximately (150) 375 ml bottles, and they are available for purchase in limited releases.

Our guests enjoy this spirit neat or on the rocks due to its exceptional flavor. It can also be enjoyed in your favorite cocktails.

Distilled from a 100% corn mash bill to 179 proof at Eagle Park Distillery and aged in our spent Bourbon barrels, this whiskey was bottled at 80 proof and is delightfully sweet and very smooth.

Our Light Whiskey has won a gold medal, Best of Class, and Best American Craft Whiskey from Craft Distillers Spirits Competition.

With simplicity and uncompromising quality in mind, we packed the column of our 26 gallon still with fresh lemon peels and ran our signature Vodka through them to produce this flavorful and refreshing spirit. No sugar or artificial flavors were added, just the pure essence of this refreshing citrus fruit. Enjoy it splashed over ice or in a cocktail of your creation!
